Does Cliffly replace chatters?

No. It works the fans your team doesn't have time for, and the moment a fan starts chatting, it steps back and your chatter takes over.

How is it billed for agencies?

Each model has her own plan, billed through Fanvue: the free plan costs nothing, and you only pay for the models that use Pro ($29 a month each). Every new model starts with 14 days of Pro for free.

Can my chatters see what Cliffly sent?

Yes. Everything happens in the normal Fanvue chat, and the Fans page in Cliffly shows each fan's choices and replies.
