Who is responsible for your data

Arthur Bonelli, Sole trader (micro-entrepreneur, France), publisher of Cliffly. For any question about your data: arthur.bonelli67@gmail.com.

What we store

  • Your Fanvue account: ID, username, display name, and whether it's an agency.
  • The access keys Fanvue gives us, encrypted (AES-256). Never your password.
  • The creators you manage: ID, username, display name.
  • Your stories: texts, prices, settings, and references to the vault media you picked (not the files themselves).
  • Stories played: the fan's Fanvue ID, choices made, scenes unlocked, amounts and dates.
  • What a fan writes back during a story (cut to 140 characters) and what Cliffly did with it, so your team can check it. Deleted automatically after 30 days.

Why

Only to run the app: send scenes, understand replies, count sales and show stats. No resale, no advertising, no sharing with anyone except our technical providers.

Our providers (subprocessors)

  • Vercel (hosting the app).
  • Supabase (servers in Europe) (database).
  • Fanvue (sign-in, sending messages and paid messages, reading sales and app billing).
  • Anthropic (AI provider). Used to write stories when you ask for it, and to understand a fan's free-text reply to a choice. For a reply, only the reply text, the question and the choice labels are sent: no fan name or ID. For story writing, only your story idea, its settings and the creator's display name are sent.

Where and for how long

Data is stored with Supabase (servers in Europe) and the app is hosted by Vercel. We keep it while your account is active, then delete it within 30 days of a deletion request or once you disconnect from Fanvue for good.

Security

Fanvue keys are encrypted and stay on our servers. Only the publisher can access the database, and only to fix a problem you reported. Found a security issue? Write to arthur.bonelli67@gmail.com with “Security” in the subject: we answer within 48 hours.

Your rights

You can delete all your data yourself, right away, from Account → Delete my data. You can also ask to see, correct or export it by writing to arthur.bonelli67@gmail.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr). Cookies: Cliffly only uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
